Singing

This morning Vera and I went to Little Quavers at 10, which is a singalong group for 0-4 years olds in Johnson Hall, next to the church. It is hosted by a lady who has been doing it for 19 years. You pay £2/family and that includes refreshments. There must have been 20-25 people in there, including lots of toddlers who enjoyed running around and singing. I only knew a handful of the songs (as can be expected) and Vera fell asleep towards the end, in the midst of 15 or so children "playing" tambourines, maraccas etc. Too funny!

After the singing we walked over to Clare's house for a coffee.

Here is Vera trying out Clare's baby daughter Alice's seat (which Vera loved!):

She has been a bit impatient this afternoon, never happy with any activity for too long. I look forward to having Mark home at the weekend to help stimulate the little lady!
