Christmas Party at the Nursery

This afternoon, Vera's nursery had their Christmas party so Mark and I were invited. It was in a room adjacent to the restaurant on campus so the children walked over from nursery. All in their high visibility vests!
They all did activities, the Roo children focused on putting cloves into tangerines, although I think as many were taken out as were put in. Vera hogged the cloves, refusing to letting any others have any.

Afternoon tea, mince pies and juice were followed by singing Christmas songs, before Father Christmas came to visit. He called out every child's name (took a while, think there's about 60 of them) and they each got a book and a card from their key worker. Vera's book is called "Betty and the Yeti". Very sweet all in all!

Vera arrives. Not that bothered about seeing us, or maybe not expecting us!
