Hold On

Firstly, thank you Anna for your wonderful comment to my last post. I know it's difficult whenever you have to go back to work and I will make the most of the time I have with Vera until that day.. I have colleagues in Singapore and the US who have 8 + 4 weeks and 6 weeks respectively, so for them 6-7 months is an eternity.

Sweden is really brilliant and I just really hope that everyone is aware and grateful for the amazing opportunities that are offered when it comes to parental leave, work life balance etc.

After an hectic day yesterday, Vera and I are catching up on this and that today. Vera is happily bouncing in her BabyBjorn bouncer, blowing bubbles and chatting away.

She is now able to hold on to things and move them around, mainly to her mouth so that she can taste and bite. She's not able to grab things yet, but I'm sure that's not far off.
