Words

Vera is learning so fast, but it's nice to take stock and document the words and expressions she does know or has a good go at!
After her bath last night, Vera and Mark were sitting on the sofa and Mark sneezed, to which Vera said "Bless you dada"!
Gloves are "glups", when she walks down the stairs, it's "carefuuuul" or "siktig" (the Swedish "forsiktig").
On her way home she waves bye to the bus "bye, bye bus" and get's very excited about "copters" (helicopters) in the sky. (Could be a result of watching Postman Pat's Special Devlivery Service, he is still her hero!)
Nappy is "nappy" or the Swedish "bloja" and bath time is "bada" (as in the Swedish for to have a bath)
She get's very worked up in books when the character is either "seeping" "shhhh" (sleeping) or "cying" (crying).
Current favourites to sing is "twinkle, twinkle little star", "I ett hus vid skogens slut" and "the wheels on the bus".
