Baby singing

For those of you who are interested, here are the lyrics of some of the songs we sing on Friday mornings (hint, hint Mark!)

Who's that sitting on my lap

There's someone special sitting on my lap
It's [name of your baby] sitting on my lap
And you're just the one I want to play with

I'm going to kiss your nose [kiss his/her nose]
I'm going to tickle your toes [so on and so on doing various things]
I'm going to pick you up and throw you into space [lift them into the air]

*
The Grand Old Duke of York

Oh, The grand old Duke of York,
He had ten thousand men;
He marched them up to the top of the hill,
And he marched them down again.

And when they were up, they were up,
And when they were down, they were down,
And when they were only half-way up,
They were neither up nor down.

*
Once I caught a fish alive

One, two, three, four, five.
Once I caught a fish alive,
Six, seven, eight, nine ,ten,
Then I let it go again.
Why did you let it go?
Because it bit my finger so.
Which finger did it bite?
This little finger on the right.
