Getting Colder

The temperature has bee dropping a bit lately. We had snow this morning, although none of it stayed, just disappeared. Just as well  I guess judging by the Brits track record of dealing with snow on the roads and airports. It's already chaos in Scotland. It's a couple of degrees below zero now. Anyhow, another relaxing day was had by all. Mark was up with Vera at 8 and I had a sleep in til 9. Lovely! We played this morning, well I say playing, it's mainly dragging Vera away from exciting things like cables and leads, the Virgin Digital TV box etc. This afternoon we went to Ana & Mark's house for some mulled wine and nibbles, which was lovely! We even had some Christmas songs by Mark on the guitar. Unfortunately I didnt take any photos. Or just as well as then you would have seen how much we ate! Ana had even roasted Chestnuts. Very Christmassy. Vera managed to throw up on the carpet and ripped up a gossip magazine in a hundered pieces. Good thing that Ana & Mark are VERY understanding and patient! Here's Vera before we set off. Snug as a bug...
